1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mani Kanji Machh being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Kanji Dhanji Machh died intestate at Mumbai on 31.10.1982. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 15.12.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Widow of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by two sons and three daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 07.03.2026 and Administration Bond dated 06.03.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
