This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Vijay Chandrakant Korgaonkar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Ratnaprabha Chandrakant Korgaonkar said to be died intestate at Thane on 29.07.2019. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one married daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 26.03.2025 is filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
