1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Zakir Ibrahim Balbale being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Ebrahim Abdul Rahim Balbale died intestate at Mumbai on 08.09.1968. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Tahira Ebrahim Abdul Rahim Balbale died intestate at Mumbai on 08.02.1978. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 26.11.2025 for non-availability of identification proof of deceased which is already annexed to the petition. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that both the deceased were husband and wife. Parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Both the deceased is survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 16.03.2026 is filed. Administration Bond dated 18.02.2026 is filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
