This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Prateek Manikchand Oswal being son of deceased. Deceased namely Manikchand Gangajal Oswal is declared as civil dead as per order dated 07.02.2024 passed by the Hon'ble City Civil Court, Mumbai in Suit No. 1318 of 2022. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased died on 17.03.2017. Deceased was survived by one son and one married daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and daughter has given her consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 12.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 25.03.2025 is filed. Delay is explained. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
