This Petition seeks issuance of probate in respect of the last Will and Testament of Prakash Mangalchand Baid. Petition is filed by the three Executors who are the beneficiaries named in the Will and whose names and details are mentioned in paragraph No.7 of the Petition.

Petitioners Oath are appended at page Nos. 15, 20 and 25 to the Petition and Affidavit of attesting witness is also appended to the Petition. I have perused the same. The same are in order. 6.
