1. Heard Ld. Advocate for the petitioner. Petitioner seeks permission to amend the petition, in terms of the proposed amendment, stated in the said praecipe, dated 24.06.2025. Ld. advocate for the petitioner submitted that the deceased was Hindu, however, incorrectly it is mentioned as Christian and accordingly, name of the personal Act is incorrectly mentioned. Hence, he seeks permission to carry out such amendment.

Proposed amendment is appeared to be relevant in terms of proposed. Hence, submission is accepted. Petitioner to carry out an amendment withing period of 03 weeks from the date of uploading this order, if the petition is pending. Consequential amendment, if any, stands allowed. Furthermore, in case of online petition, the petitioner to upload the amended petition, within period of 05 days from the date of amendment. 3.

Furthermore, the petitioner to inform the person, whose name is to be deleted from the petition. Petition to be re-verified.
