This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Jamal Saboor Shaikh being one of the Executors named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Iqbal Abdul Kader Nasiri died at Mumbai on 01.01.2021. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 17.03.2020. The said Will is in English language. The Page No. 17 of the petition refers to the appointment of Executor. Only two Executors appointed under the Will. Petitioner is one of the executors and another executor namely Imran Mehboob Khan has renounced his rights as an Executor by Affidavit dated 09.01.2025.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased was survived by widow who has filed her consent in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Imran Mehboob Khan dated 09.01.2025 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 04.04.2025 is filed.

5. However, Administration Bond is not filed in this matter hence, Advocate to take steps.

6. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when all compliance is done and matter is ready for final. Remove from board. 02.05.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
