This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Shubhangi Sharad Nadkar being wife of deceased. Deceased namely Sharad Pandurang Nadkar died intestate at Mumbai on 21.01.2014. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one married daughter. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and married daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 22.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
