This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Malka Shamsher Kolhapuri being married daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Zubeda Shamsher Kolhapuri died intestate at Mumbai on 10.03.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased died on 08.01.2018. Deceased had no son and was survived by two daughters. Out of them one daughter is petitioner herein and another daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
