2. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vasudeo Chandrakant Maydeo being son of deceased. Deceased namely Chandrakant Gajanan Maydeo died intestate at Chiplun on 28.12.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and grandparents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased namely Rohini Maydeo died on 31.05.2024. Deceased was survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 11.03.2025 and Administration Bond is not required as the petitioner is sole surviving legal heirs. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Succession Certificate after the corrected petition is uploaded as directed hereinabove and after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed. 21.04.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
