The Petitioner is a wife of the deceased Ashish Onkar Prasad Mishra. She seeks dispensation of the following requisition raised by the Registry:

"The Petitioner to take steps for the inventory of the locker. Hence, adjourned.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner has placed reliance on the Affidavit dated 22nd April, 2025 which sets out that the Bank Locker bearing No.53A maintained with the Bank of Maharashtra, THK Marg Branch, Ground Floor, Himgiri Apartments, Mahim, Mumbai-16, was always in her by SANDHYA BHAGU WADHWA Date:

The articles kept in the locker have been counted by the Petitioner in the presence of the Branch Manager and accordingly the inventory of the said articles has already been taken and subsequently valued. Thus, the Petitioner seeks dispensation from filing the Judge's Order to carry out the inventory.

Having due regard to the submissions made and what is stated in the Affidavit dated 22nd April, 2025 the aforesaid requisition raised by the Registry is dispensed with. (Kamal Khata, J.)
