TP/814/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Bina Shivhare, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mitali Manmohan Pednekar being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Manmohan Damodar Pednekar died intestate at Mumbai on 11.04.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one son. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and son has given his consent in favour of petitioner herien. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.03.2025 and Administration Bond 08.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
