TP/846/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Bina Shivhare, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities jointly held by the deceased filed by petitioner namely Mitali Manmohan Pednekar being daugher-in-law of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Damodar Ramchandra Pednekar died intestate at Mumbai on 15.06.2006. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 13.01.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The said Affidavit is accepted.

Deceased No.2 namely Sulochana Damodar Pednekar died intestate at Mumbai on 06.03.2003. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 13.01.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The said Affidavit is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Deceased had two sons. One son namely Manmohan died on 11.04.2023, leaving behind his wife Mitali (petitioner herein) and son namely Siddharth. Siddharth Manmohan Pednekar has filed his consent in favour of petitioner herein. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.03.2025 and Administration Bond 08.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned.

4. However, the consent Affidavit of another son namely Madhusudan Damodar Pednekar is awaited. Hence, at the request of Ld. Advocate for petitioner, matter is adjourned till 29.04.2025. 21.04.2025 COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR
