This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ammishi Meehir Desai being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Ramesh Brijlal Marfatia died intestate at Mumbai on 18.03.2020. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by ONE married daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.03.2025 and Administration Bond is not required as the petitioner is sole surviving legal heir. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
