This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Bina Pradeep Makwana being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Ratilal Hemraj Popat died intestate at Mumbai on 30.03.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 21.11.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The said Affidavit is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased predeceased the deceased who died on 19.01.1998. Deceased was survived by one daughter and one son. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and son has given his consent. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 13.03.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
