1. Ld. Advocate for the Petitioner submitted that one of the non-consenting legal heir, namely Rekha Lakhani, is served through Bailiff. However, service report is awaited. Furthermore, petitioner to justify the surety to the administration Bond for the share of non-consenting legal heirs as per Rule 422 of the Bombay High Court (O. S.) Rules, 1980.

2. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 21.04.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by making an averment about the mother of the since deceased husband of the deceased. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, reverification is dispensed with.

3. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within four weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
