TP/855/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Jayant Wani a/w. Sanna Varhadi i/b. Lakdawala and Co., Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rabinder Gokaldas Ahuja being son of deceased. Deceased namely Bhagi Gokaldas Ahuja died intestate at Mumbai on 09.09.2002. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 26.07.2024 for dispensation of Identification proof of deceased. The said Affidavit is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased died on 12.10.1998. Deceased had no daughter and was survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 10.03.2025 and Administration Bond is not required as the petitioner is only sole surviving legal heir of deceased. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
