2. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Sangeeta Mall being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Madhuri Pal died intestate at Mumbai on 20.07.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased died as widow. Deceased was survived by two daughters. Out of them one daughter petitioner herein and another daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 28.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 25.03.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

5.
