TP/923/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Gayatri Devendra i/b. Jain Dipesh Ashok, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Arnik Shantilal Punamia being son of deceased. Deceased namely Sayribai Shantilal Punamia died intestate at Mumbai on 10.01.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Aadhaar Card and Pancard are already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceaesd the deceased. Husband of deceased died on 26.03.2024. One son of deceased namely Kushalraj Shantilal Punamiya died on 15.12.2009 leaving behind only one son. Deceased was survived by two sons, one married daughter and one grandson. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and remaining all legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 01.04.2025 filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
