1. Petitioner to state about the legal heirs of the deceased per Section 15(1) (c) (d) and (e) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. It appears that deceased has expired as Kolhapur, her death certificate as well as her husband's death certificate shows as Post Supatre, Taluka- Shahuvadi, DistrictKolhapur. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that on Aadhar Card address shown is of Mumbai and in para no. 10 of the petition, petitioner states that deceased was residing at Mumbai and address is of Kolhapur is wrongly mentioned as a permanent address.

Petitioner to take steps to serve the general citation at the last known address of the deceased and place where she died.

In this regard, the department is directed to seek the directions of the Hon'ble Court in this regard, about the publication of the citation. 3.
