1. While dictating the final order, it is noticed that petitioner has not disclosed the name of the legal heirs as per the Section 15(1)(c) to (e) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Hence, petitioner to ensure that legal heirs are mentioned as per the High Court Rules r/w provisions of the Section 15 of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956.
