1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vinay Raghunath Deshmukh being son of deceased. Deceased namely Anjani Raghunath Deshmukh died intestate at Pune on 28.10.2007. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased since deceased the deceased. Deceased is survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 29.03.2026 and Administration Bond dated 09.03.2026 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned.

4. However, statutory period of service of citation not yet completed hence, matter is adjourned till 18.04.2026.
