1. Perused the praecipe dated 16.10.2025 and thereby prays for reconstruction of the petition for complying the objections raised by the department.

2. Perused Practice Note No. 47 dated 27.11.2015 for reconstructing the Documents. Furthermore, this petition is filed online and its copy is available in the CIS. Petitioner to produce copy of petition, which has been uploaded in the CIS. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to endorse such remarks on copies. The office to verify such copy, if tendered copy with the copy available in the CIS and accordingly, necessary endorsement to be made on such tendered Copy by the Section Officer of the Testamentary Department. Furthermore, necessary permission to be obtained from the Hon'ble Prothonotary and Senior Master in this regard. Re-construction of the petition is allowed subject to the filing of the affidavit by petitioner stating the fact of lost proceedings. Petitioner to supply the downloaded copy of the entire petition, by downloading it from the CIS and certify the said fact.

3. As this petition is uncontested, by relying upon these copies, the petition to be reconstructed. Office to endorse necessary remarks about the reconstruction on the petition and return to the Ld. Advocate for the petitioner upon receipt. Ld. Advocate to maintain the record as per the e-Filing Rules of the High Court of Bombay, 2022 till further orders.

4. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner to upload the reconstructed Petition in a portal, under head "reconstructed petition". 5.

Furthermore, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner, seeks extension of the time to carry out an amendment, which has been granted by the undersigned officer, vide an order dated 29.07.2025. Considering the submission, the time to carry out an amendment, vide a referred order, stands extended by 04 weeks, from the date of uploading of this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order. 6.
