This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nitin Kantilal Gandhi being son of deceased. Deceased namely Kailashben Kantilal Gandhi died intestate at Mumbai on 02.12.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Husband of deceased predeceased the deceased who died on 12.09.1978. Parents of husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by three daughters and two sons. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
