Advocate for petitioner seeks leave to correct the date of death of deceased in para No. 1 of the petition. Leave is granted. Ld. Advocate for petitioner to carry out corrections in the petition. Ld. 2. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nirmala Champak Mistry being widow of deceased. Deceased namely Champak Narandas Mistry died intestate at Mumbai on 12.05.2004. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Manish Champak Mistry died on 21.04.2022. Deceased deceased was survived by widow, daughter, daugher-inlaw and two grandsons. Out of them widow is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 13.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 09.04.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

5. Office to issue Succession Certificate as soon as the upload the corrected petition on the official portal of the Bombay High Court and after verifying whether any cross petition is filed or whether any Affidavit opposing grant is filed.
