TP/1046/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Ramesh Gupta, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Ravindra Yashwant Patel being nephew of deceased. Deceased namely Manilal Gokuldas Patel died intestate at Mumbai on 16.05.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Election Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased namely Savitaben Manilal Patel died on 07.11.2023. Deceased died issue-less. Deceased had one sister namely Taraben Yashwantlal Patel and she died leaving behind three daughters and two sons. Deceased was survived by two nephews and three nieces. Out of them one nephew is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
