1. Mother of the deceased since deceased to the deceased and she has died in the year 2014. Hence, Petitioner to amend the information about the legal heirs, i.e. heirs of the mother as per Section 15(1) (a) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Petitioner to make detailed averment about the legal heirs of the since deceased mother of the deceased.

3. Later on, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 29.04.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by making an averment about the legal heirs of the since deceased mother of the deceased in para no. 4 of the petition. Hence, Petitioner to amend the information about the legal heirs, i.e. heirs of the mother as per Section 15(1)(a) of the Hindu Succession Act, 1956. Petitioner to make detailed averment about the legal heirs of the since deceased mother of the deceased. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
