This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Premkumar Reddy Anam being son of deceased. Deceased namely Anam Venkata Reddy died intestate at Mumbai on 30.08.1997. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 05.01.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Wife of deceased died on 31.07.2012. Deceased was survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.03.2025. Since, petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of deceased hence, Administration Bond is not required to be filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
