TP/1059/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Ajit S. Hodage, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Naynagowry Jagadishchandra Mehta being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Sharadgauri Balavantray Trivedi died intestate at Gujarat on 27.01.2005. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 25.01.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased deceased. Husband of deceased died on 28.07.1997. Deceased was survived by one daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 17.03.2025. Since, petitioner is sole surviving legal heir of deceased, Administration Bond is not required to be filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
