This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to both deceased filed by petitioner namely Parushpa Ardisher Aderbehman being son of deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Ardisher Dhunjishaw Aderbehman died intestate at Mumbai on 05.10.2004. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

Deceased No. 2 namely Nergish Ardisher Aderbehman died intestate at Mumbai on 20.11.2008. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased Nos. 1 and 2 are husband and wife. Deceased Nos. 1 and 2 were survived by one son only who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 18.03.2025 is filed. Since, petitioner is sole surviving legal heirs Administration Bond is not required to be filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
