This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely R S Satwalekar being son of deceased. Deceased namely Shantabai S. Satwalekar died intestate at Hyderabad on 19.09.1985. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 30.12.2024 for dispensation of Identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that husband of deceased died on 31.01.1970. Deceased was survived by one son who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 25.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 20.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
