This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mushfeka Yahya Mamnoon being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Mohammad Hussain Kagalwala died intestate at Mumbai on 22.11.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 08.01.2025 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents, grandparents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased had no son and was survived by one daughter who is petitioner herein.There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 01.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 24.03.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
