1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 08.05.2025 and thereby submitted that, petitioner no. 3 is Power of Attorney of son. However, in order dated 30.04.20225 it is written as petitioner no. 1, 2 and 3 are widow, daughter, and power of attorney of daughter and hence, same may be corrected.

I have gone through the petition and order dated 30.04.2025. In para no. 2, line no. 7 word Power of Attorney of daughter is replaced by the words "Power of Attorney of Son" and in para no. 3, line 6, word "Daughter" is corrected and same be read "Son".

It is made clear that rest of the order dated 30.04.2025 will remain as it is.
