1. Petitioner to correct the second date and amount and file same for gross amount as per form no. 118 r/w Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court ( O. S.) Rules, 1980. Furthermore, corrections must be initialed by the petitioner, surety and notary.

4. Later on, Ld. Advocate for the petitioner moved a praecipe dated 30.04.2025 and thereby seeks permission to amend the petition by making an averment about the grand parents of the deceased. Submission is accepted. Praecipe is allowed. Upon filing of the additional affidavit of the petitioner, confirming the amendment, re-verification is dispensed with.

5. Petitioner to carry out an amendment within three weeks from the date of uploading of this order, if petition is pending.
