advocate for the petitioner. He seeks extension of the time to carry out an amendment, which has been granted by the undersigned officer, vide earlier order. Considering the submission, the time to carry out an amendment, vide a referred order, stands extended by 03 weeks, from the date of uploading this order, on same terms and condition, which are referred in the said order.

2. The petitioner to execute the Administration Bond for the gross amount in view of Rule 420 of the Bombay High Court (OS) Rules, 1980. Therefore, the petitioner to correct the bond and after having initialed the correction by executing parties and notary, same shall be uploaded in the CIS.
