Petitioner does not point the law which is applicable to the deceased. Furthermore, petitioner has not mentioned the religion of the deceased in para no. 4 of the petition. It appears that widow of the deceased died in the year 2009, who was survived to the deceased. Therefore, petitioner to state religion and sect as well as law applicable to the deceased.
2. The petitioner to state about the legal heirs of the widow namely Safia Sulehi as per the provisions of the personal laws applicable of the deceased.
3. Petitioner to explain the chain of inheritance by which he is claiming an inheritance of the deceased and his property and in this regard the provisions of the Rule 389 of BHC Rules, 1980 is to be complied with.
4. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submits that, petitioner was looking after the deceased and therefore, he is entitled to the property. Petitioner to point out this provisions with the help of the law. 5.
