18. TP/1091/2025 WITH WILL/442/2025 Ms. Siddhi Dama i/by ANB Legal, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Havovi Chothia being the Executor named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely late Mr. Mahyar Keki Chothia, died at Mumbai on 09.09.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Copy of AADHAR Card is annexed for the identification purpose.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Mumbai on 04.12.2023. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 2 of the Will refers to the appointment of one Executor who is Petitioner herein.

3. As per paras 6 and 7 of the Petition the parents and wife of the deceased predeceased the deceased and deceased is survive by one daughter who is Petitioner herein.

4. The affidavit of attesting witness Sakshi Virendra Bhatt dated 09.01.2025 and Sakshi Rakesh Jain it is dated 06.01.2025 are filed. The affidavit of general citation is filed and it is dated 25.06.2025.
