TP/1114/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Dineshmani G. Tripathi, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Vijaylaxmi Sachin Todankar being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Chiranjilal Sharma died intestate at Mumbai on 15.01.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 31.12.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one daughter. Out of them daughter is petitioner herein and widow has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 14.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 17.04.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
