Advocate for petitioner has filed praecipe dated 05.01.2026 for extension of Succession Certificate. Petitioner has filed Additional Affidavit dated 25.09.2025 stating therein that the grant was issued to the petitioner in the present petition on 08.05.2025 (13.05.2025).

2. In the said Affidavit, petitioner has stated that she has traced out news shares standing in the name of deceased and same are required to be added in the Schedule I annexed to the petition and to the Succession Certificate. Hence, Petitioner seeks leave to add the said securities.

3. In view of the above, petitioner is granted leave to amend the petition as per the securities as per the list of securities annexed to the said Affidavit dated 25.09.2025. In the present petition, maximum court fees has already been paid. Petitioner to file further Administration Bond which is not filed till date.

4. As regards the legal heirs, widow of deceased has given her consent by Affidavit dated 10.12.2025 which is annexed to the Affidavit dated 25.09.2025.

5. Liberty to move for listing the matter on compliance of requisition stated in Bold hereinabove.
