This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioners namely Ashok Kumar Kundanmal Sakhrani being son of deceased. Deceased Nos. 1 and 2 namely Kundanmal Ghanoomal Sakhrani and Sundri Kundanmal Sakhrani died intestate at Honkong on 17.12.1996 and 01.10.2010. Copies of death certificates are annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copies of Passport of both the deceased are already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of both the deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by two sons and two daughters. Out of them one son is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 21.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 23.11.2024 are filed. Delay is explained and the same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
