TP/1151/2025 (E-filing) Mr. Jayant Wani, Advocate for petitioner PC : 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts and securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Rajeev Mahendra Pandia being son of both the deceased. Deceased No. 1 namely Mahendra Nayansukhlal Pandia died intestate at Mumbai on 14.09.2010. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Deceased No. 2 namely Mahashweta Mahendra Pandia died intestate at Mumbai on 29.06.2012. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Petitioner has filed Affidavit dated 11.10.2024 for dispensation of identification proof of deceased Nos. 1 and 2. The same is accepted.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that deceased No. 1 and 2 are husband and wife. Parents of deceased No. 1 predeceased the deceased. Deceased No. 1 and 2 were survived by one son and one daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and the daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 24.06.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.08.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
