1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain Securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Chetan Girish Bangera, who is Son of deceased. Deceased namely Girish Booba Bangera, who said to be died intestate at Mumbai on 27.04.2011. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition as Exhibit - "A". Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Pancard is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that mother of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by widow and one son. Out of them Son is petitioner herein and widow has given her consent. Consent Affidavits is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 22.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 11.04.2025 are filed separately through e-filing. Delay is explained. All other legal forma ities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
