This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Jash Kamlesh Bhatia being grandson of deceased. Deceased namely Mohini Moti Bhatia died intestate at Mumbai on 07.07.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Son of deceased namely Kamlesh Moti Bhatia died on 21.02.2023. Deceased was survived by one daughter and two grandson. Out of them one grandson is petitioner herein and all other legal heirs have given their consents in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavits are on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated21.03.2025 and Administration Bond dated 29.04.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
