TP/1168/2025 (E-filing) Ms. Saili Sanjay Patre, Advocate for petitioner P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nimish Namdev Nirgun being son of deceased. Deceased namely Namdeo Shridhar Nirgun died intestate at Mumbai on 08.02.2024. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and wife of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one son and one married daughter. Out of them son is petitioner herein and married daughter has given her consent in favour of petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 20.02.2025 and Administration Bond dated 19.04.2025 are filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
