The petitioner namely (1) Murtaza Fakhruddin Kapadia and (2) Neha Arun Singh have filed the petition for grant of Letters of administration for the properties belonging to (1) Fakhruddin Abdul Husain Kapadia and (2) Tasneem Fakhruddin Kapadia.

The deceased are Muslims and the petitioner No. 2 is the Hindu. Hence, Ld.

advocate for the petitioner to explain the capacity of the petitioner No. 2, with help of relevant provisions of Muslim Personal Laws, for claiming an inheritance and thus the petition on her behalf is maintainable.
