This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain securities belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Mary Sajeetha Mathew being daughter of deceased. Deceased namely Thankamma Sebastian Kulathuvadkkethil died intestate at Kerla on 10.09.2023. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Passport is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents and husband of deceased predeceased the deceased. Deceased was survived by one daughter who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 27.03.2025 is filed. Since, petitioner is sole surviving legal heirs hence, Administration Bond is not required to be filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
