This petition is for Succession Certificate in respect of certain debts belonging to deceased filed by petitioner namely Nita Uttam Sahni being aunt of deceased. Deceased namely Satya Narayan Tandon died intestate at Mumbai on 09.03.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is already annexed to the petition.

2. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that father of deceased predeceased the deceased. Mother of deceased since deceased the deceased. Father of deceased had no brother and sister. Mother of deceased had one sister who is petitioner herein. There are no other legal heirs.

3. Petitioner's oath is filed. Affidavit of Service of affixation of General Notice dated 09.04.2025 and Administration Bond dated 29.05.2025 are filed. Delay is explained and same is condoned. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.
