17. TP/1202/2025 with P.C. : The present matter is placed on board in view of Praecipe alongwith Affidavit dated 06.05.2026 filed by Advocate for Petitioner seeking extension of time for executing Grant of Probate.

WILL/482/2025 Perused Affidavit. It is averred in the said Affidavit that Grant was issued on 21.07.2025, however, the Petitioner was unable to travel for execution and registration of requisite Transfer Deeds, as the Petitioner is suffering from various health ailments and also, he resides in Canada. In view of aforesaid Praecipe supported with Affidavit, further six months time is extended for execution of Grant issued in the matter.
