Heard Mr. Saraf, learned Advocate for Petitioner. 3.

This Petition seeks issuance of probate in respect of the last Will and Testament of Leela Vijay Gad. Petition is filed by the Executor named in the Will. The beneficiary and legal heir named in the Will is the only married daughter whose name and details have been given in paragraph No.8 of the Petition. 4.

Petitioner is the only legal heir of the deceased. Affidavit of Executor and Affidavit of attesting witness are both appended to the Petition. I have perused the same. The same are in order. 5.

For the averments mentioned in the Petition and submissions made by Mr. Saraf, Testamentary Petition is allowed in terms of the

Testamentary Department is directed to issue grant / probate having effect throughout the State of Maharashtra subject to all other compliances and strictly in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from today positively.

With the above direction, Testamentary Petition stands disposed.
