P.C.: 1. Perused Petition. Heard Ld. Advocate for petitioner. This petition is for Probate of last Will and Testament of deceased filed by petitioner namely Sanjeev Rajmal Jain being one of the Executor named under the Will of deceased. The deceased namely Komal Rajaml Jain said to have died at Madhya Pradesh on 26.05.2022. Copy of death certificate is annexed to the petition. Identification proof of deceased viz. copy of Aadhaar Card is annexed to the petition.

2. The deceased left behind his last Will and Testament which was duly executed at Indore on 09.09.2021. The said Will is in English language. The Para No. 6 of the Will refers to the appointment of One Executor, who is petitioner herein.

3. Ld. Advocate for petitioner submits that parents of the deceased predeceased the deceased. The deceased was survived by husband, one son and two daughters. The son is petitioner herein and husband and both daughters have given their consents in favour of the petitioner. Consent Affidavit is on record. There are no other legal heirs.

4. Petitioner's oath is filed. The Affidavit of Pritesh Jain dated 25.01.2025 one of the Attesting Witness to the Will is filed. The deceased has signed Will in Vernacular Language However, the Affidavit of Attesting Witness does not mentioned the facts that Will is interpreted or not. in Affidavit of Service of General Citation dated 03.04.2025 is filed. All other legal formalities are complied with. Hence, petition is granted.

5. Ld. Advocate for petitioner file praecipe to place on board as and when all compliance is done in this matter. Hence, remove from board. COMPANY REGISTRAR / TESTAMENTARY REGISTRAR 23.06.2025
